We do not extend credit facilities to customers who use factoring services.

If, after becoming a customer, you enter into a factoring agreement, you undertake to advise us thereof immediately, and to make us immediate payment of all amounts owing to us, irrespective of any terms of extended credit previously granted to you.

Until satisfactory references have been received, all goods must be paid for at the time of delivery either by cheque or cash.

When we have received satisfactory references, we will write to you explaining what credit terms we will allow you and your credit limit.

Credit terms can be agreed only by the financial controller.

In the event that a cheque is returned unpaid by your bank, you will be required to pay a £25 administration charge.

No claims in respect of price, quality or condition of goods will be entertained unless notified to us within 24 hours of delivery.

The ownership of goods remains the property of the seller until the goods have been paid for in full.
